Founded in 1973 as a service contractor for the HVAC industry,
Syserco is a premier provider of state-of-the-art fully integrated Energy Management Systems that include HVAC, Lighting and Smoke Control.
We are the exclusive representative of Alerton in the Greater San Francisco Bay, Monterey Bay and North Coast areas and have installed more than 1200 Energy Management Systems in Northern California.

Syserco is a locally owned and managed company with full service offices in Fremont and Rohnert Park. We provide complete Building Management Systems for all types of applications. K-12 schools, Universities, High-rise Office Buildings, Custom Residential Applications, Clean rooms, Laboratories, Hotels and Hospitals are just some types of facilities we control.

We are an IBEW electrical contractor with a fleet of more than 35 vehicles performing all phases of field installation. Our UL panel fabrication facilities provide quality custom control panels for any application. A highly trained team of programming, networking and start-up specialists ensure that our systems are operating at peak performance and efficiency.

Factory authorized training is provided by our friendly, knowledgeable staff on-site with additional classes available at Alerton University in Redmond, Washington.

Our service company, Service@Syserco provides complete service on all Syserco installations including phone support and troubleshooting, upgrades and add-ons. We specialize in service contract work including 24-hour service and guaranteed emergency response.

In addition to the extensive knowledge and experience Syserco has with HVAC system design and control we are the industry leader in BACnet technology. Syserco has engineered, installed and programmed more than 300 total native BACnet systems in our area, including the Federal government's initial BACnet test project at 450 Golden Gate, San Francisco. Our vast experience in BACnet system design and implementation is unsurpassed by any other contractor in the country.

Alerton's BACtalk for Windows system, available exclusively from Syserco, is the most complete, full-featured BACnet product line in the marketplace with a vast array of products for HVAC, Smoke and Lighting controls.
